Water has long been a symbol of life and wealth. Our ancestors were aware of this centuries ago, and we know it well too. The location and area of the Radim mill is unrepeatable: In the immediate vicinity of the center of Kolín and the calm flow of the longest Czech river. The views that will be offered to future residents every day will also be unique. We do not build in the fields outside the city, but in its core. We are Cologne’s new wave.
Water can be untamed and wild. We therefore approach it with love, but also with respect. All residential parts of the Radimský mlýn will be founded above the hundred-year water mark. For the peace and well-being of our residents, we are also preparing unique drinking water reservoirs, which will be created in the premises of the former mill drive.
