With respect to history

The Radim mill is a place that people fell in love with centuries ago. The very first mention of a mill in this location dates back to the thirteenth century, the current building was built at the end of the nineteenth century. For many years it belonged to the family of the Čelákovice miller Jan Radimský and his descendants, from whom we bought the mill from restitution. The mill miraculously withstood the test of time – it survived, among other things, two world wars and changes in political regimes. The mill building will be preserved and residential units will be created in it, the surrounding apartment buildings are designed in the footprint of the former economic and technical buildings.
